'Fringe' Star John Noble Teases the Return of Peter & a (More) Sane Walter

'Fringe' kills me. Just when I think I've got a handle on the show's mythology, timelines, overlapping universes and duplicate lives, they go and erase one of my favorite characters from existence.

All season -- and since last season's finale, really -- fans have been rallying to "Save Peter," wondering in not-so-subtle ways when the hell Joshua Jackson and his on-screen alter-ego Peter Bishop would return.

Well, this week's episode, 'Subject 9' (Fri., Oct. 14, 9PM ET on Fox), now has us asking a new question: Has Peter Bishop returned? The previews show Olivia struggling with some very strong energies that are specifically targeting her to send her a message. But what's the message, and who's it really from?

I caught up with star John Noble (whom I hadn't seen since his character Walter stripped down to his skivvies in a scene we took part in last season -- "and you never forgot it," he reminded me with a laugh) to find out when old Walter will return, which version of Walter he enjoys playing the most, and more.

Former 'Jersey Shore' Star Angelina Pivarnick Sues Over Mall Attack

Yes, she's still alive -- and to prove it, disgraced "Jersey Shore" star Angelina Pivarnick is suing the girl who allegedly attacked her at some mall in Staten Island last year.

Angelina's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia filed the lawsuit last week in New York -- claiming some 20-year-old girl named Kelsey Balzafiore beat the crap out of Angie at the Hot Topic inside the shopping center.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelsey was arrested for misdemeanor battery after the incident -- for allegedly punching Angelina's friend -- but now, Angelina says she was also the victim of Kelsey's fists of fury.

According to the suit, Kelsey "assaulted, battered and harassed" Angelina -- and as a result, the former "Jersey" girl "was wounded, bruised, and injured and sustained severe shock to her nervous system."

Angelina is also suing Hot Topic for having crappy security. She wants unspecified damages.

Calls to Hot Topic were not returned.

Conrad Murray Manslaughter Trial -- The Doc SPEAKS [Livestream]

Jurors may finally hear Dr. Conrad Murray explain how Michael Jackson died IN HIS OWN WORDS -- because it's very likely the audio of his police interview will be played in open court today.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... some of Murray's comments to cops create big problems for him in the case.

The trial is set to continue at 8:45 AM PST -- we'll be livestreaming the whole thing.
